Dentasun s.r.o. is engaged in the development of luminaires, but also its own full-spectrum light sources - especially fluorescent lamps, recently also full-spectrum LED.
What personal information do we collect, for what purpose and by what technical means?
We collect and process the following information:
- IP address when loading individual pages for diagnostic purposes,
- We use Google Analytics cookies to measure traffic,
- when ordering illuminance measurement using our online form, we process the name and surname, telephone number and e-mail address in order to locate the service.
- when ordering (enquiring) our product using the online form, we process the name and surname, telephone number and e-mail address for the purpose of selling the product.
- When subscribing to the newsletter by e-mail, we process the e-mail address for the purpose of sending the newsletter.
Who has access to this information and who can see it?
Personal data may potentially be available to the following entities other than the controller:
- Internet service provider, ACTIVE 24, s.r.o., ID: 25115804, Czech Republic, EU,
- to the cooperating companies Dentasun s.r.o., ID: 28549163, Blue step spol. s r.o., ID: 26721139, and to the persons Ing. Antonín Fuksa, ID: 74989791, Czech Republic, EU,
- Traffic measurement cookies are made available to Google, Inc., USA, a "third country" from an EU perspective.
How do we protect and secure your information?
I make every effort to ensure that your data is accessible only to authorized persons.
- The web server is operated in a secure environment.
- Communication with the web server is encrypted using the SSL protocol.
- Sending emails and orders is only done via SSL/TLS encrypted channel.
How long do we keep your data?
- We delete the IP address records in the log after one year.
- We have set the validity period of cookies on Google Analytics to 14 months, which is the shortest period offered.
- We archive data entered in the newsletter sign-up form and data sent by e-mail for 10 years.
- We archive electronic correspondence for 10 years.
How can you have your information edited or deleted?
- We would like to remind you that you have the following rights: to request access to your personal data from the controller, the right to rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, the right to object to processing and the right to data portability. You can exercise these rights in writing to the address above, preferably by registered letter or by sending a message to the data box. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority www.uoou.cz.
