The luminaire is infinitely dimmable by remote control - the maximum light output of the direct component(shining down into the surrounding of the operating field) appropriately compensates for the contrast between the high illumination of the operating field(microscope, magnifying glasses) and its surroundings. Thanks to the very intense indirect light component(shining upwards), the DentaSun LED Q30's reflected light on the ceiling significantly contributes to even illumination throughout the room.

The luminaire features a photo-composite mode - press a single button on the remote control and you have much more time to model your photo-composites before they get stiff.
